Of Bunnies and Notes

His partner was obviously not getting to any result quickly. It was fairly apparent that she was out of grappling range of other objects. This only acted as confirmation for Takeo that he would have to pull his katana out after all. It was a sad thing for Aki. He had not fully adjusted to the function of blades and there’d be a good chance that he’d take out a little more than the rope. It would be better than hanging there helplessly though.
However, Takeo barely had the opportunity to draw his sword, much less make a fallible rescue attempt. The factor eliminating the possibility happened to be none other than a large decaying creature standing between himself and his partner. Of course, when a generally inanimate corpse takes on some less than natural traits, namely moving and seeking the appeasement of an abnormal appetite for brains, most people would be forgiven for forgetting about the presence or possible dangers of their companions. If Aki really needed saving, it would most definitely have to wait.
Of course, these processes were not the ones that traveled through Takeo’s mind as the stimulus of the senses seemingly traveled to the muscles, bypassing the brain altogether. In other words, he fell over backwards in perhaps one of the mightiest flinches ever noted in the history of humanity.
As his head jerked up, he was surprised to see that this paranormal abomination had ceased to exist in about the same time it took to manifest itself. Perhaps it had only been a trick of Takeo’s currently stressed mind. The lessons being learned didn’t really help ease his mind on the situation.
Still, the potentially life threatening situation that he had just barely avoided believing existed came as a relief. With a sigh, he let his highly tense neck relax, his chin resting on his chest.
This time, the damned zombie had managed to ease its fingers around Takeo’s calf. The realization that whatever this threat was, it was not gone was once again a startling revelation. This time however, he had enough sense to take action to rid himself of the danger. With panicked motions, he brought down his sword directly on the hand of the would-be assailant. With the same panicked motion, he jumped backwards to distance himself from the mindless body of evil. (With many other ways to describe a zombie to come) Breathing in the flustered manner that is usually associated with fear or excessive exertion, he looked down to the still determined form… or at least where the still determined form should have been. The decaying mass of muscle and loose flesh was once again nowhere to be found.
What the hell is going on?
Takeo took his moment to view the area, searching for any metaphorical chalk outlines of a being already familiar to the literal practice. Takeo’s body jolted as the world once again took motion. In an insant flash, not only was the murderous sack that had taken on an androgynous form due to the wear of time appear, but also the hands of multiple companions tearing their way out of the ground, starting with their fingers and moving their way up from there, assuming the fingers didn’t detach in the process, leaving them stranded inches below the dirt. Just as soon as this new image of foreboding revealed itself, it fled from the eyes of Takeo in a flash.
Ah man, what the holy hell is going on here?
When his visions of the undead once again were set into motion, they were not crawling out of the ground, but shambling towards him with a blank yet murderous intent held within their mostly eroded eyes. As the stalkers disappeared, Takeo could only feel terror. Though they were impossible to see, Takeo knew that they would be within a few inches within whatever alternate dimension they inhabited while not in the view of Takeo. To Takeo, it felt just as if he were in a dark room, the only thing illuminating the scene being bolts of lightning showing the forthcoming doom that was destined to occur if action was not taken. And so, Takeo began reviewing the basic laws of the race of undead, which these things obviously were.
1. Zombies are not easily killed and will take a serious degree of blows to destroy. Even if you kill the main body, it is likely that the many limbs severed in the process will be animate of their own accord. In other words, hacking them up generally will only lead to an exponential amount of reinforcements and hundreds of new and creative ways to kill you.
2. Zombies are notorious shamblers. Actually, shambling is the only thing that these husks resembling humans can really do. Running is usually not seen as necessary unless their prey is obviously getting away.
3. Zombies are notoriously stupid. When you hack off a limb of a zombie, it is very likely that the self-sustaining limb actually has a higher IQ than the zombie itself. This means that they are very easily tricked. As a matter of fact, zombies are not even threats in small numbers. It is only when there are enough that the shamblings of zombies will position them by chance into all escape routes. If this happens, forget rule one and begin hacking.
As Takeo saw it, he’d hopefully not need to get to the point were he was hacking away in a vain attempt to keep his brain intact. (He was very fond of it after all) A few ninja tricks would probably be enough to overwhelm the menial amount of computational power reserved for the rotsacks and he’d be able to escape with enough room to watch them partake in the dance of confusion, basically the same thing as shambling.
[Actions:
1. Smoke Bomb the mindless shells.
2. Leave a clone for simple distraction tactics.
3. Get the hell out of that little social circle via feet]
(OOC: Erm, that is what you meant by flashing in and out of Takeo’s mind, right?)

Aki could simply keep on swinging and swinging while all the cool things that were happening were taking place where Aki's range of view wasn't included. She swung until she finally got hold of the other building. She tried to push herself upwards but simply couldn't. Then, after some minutes of trying, she finally was beginning to push herself upwards but when she was about to settle her body into the building, Aki found out that the piece of wood she'd been holding, has come loose from the building and she fell harshly downwards until the rope pulled her into a stop. She felt the blood at her face now.
She decided to stop the useless tries to free herself. But, damn, she was stubborn, she didn't want to call the boy. Aki thought of what to do. She then tried to make herself somehow reach her feet to do something about the rope but she discovered she got too much blood in her head now to try anything. Oh damn. Too much blood isn't good.
She finally gave up and yelled in the loudest voice she could... and angry too...
YEAH I NEED HELP, DAMMIT!
Aki then looked to her sides, hoping to get a view of where the boy was. She then spotted a paper. There was something written in it but she couldn't quite make it out since she was upside down. She made an effort to see what it was and screamed. Damn, that sensei has placed an exploting note on her side!
HURRY UP!! THERE'S AN EXPLOTING NOTE HERE!!
If the boy didn't hurry, she wasn't going to have that thing explode at her side. She tried to grab it by trying to reach it. Then, if she got hold of it, she would throw it somewhere far.

Mei was watching the moving crate with fear as a small bunny appeared. It was small and furry and got a note attached to its neck. Mei was curious, so she walked close to the bunny to look at what the note read.
"If you close enough to read this you’re screwed."
Mei was confused by this and walked three paces backwards. She was now scared about that rabbit.
