Surprise. Surprise...

Kami wrote:
Kami continued staring down at the table, a dim light swung back and forth as Kazi and Raida came to the scene. There really wasn't a problem other than Kami, these thugs weren't going to cause a mess, Kami was. Small droplets of lemonade had fallen, scattering themselves over the table, as though trying to escape from the glass.

"Oh nothing much, we here just don't seem to know any manners."

That was Kami's response to Kazi's second question, as he saw answering the first hardly fit anymore. Raida came in and asked the same to Kai, who Kami was sure would answer without much enthusiasm. Something was fishy around here, he could easily tell from the glances this first man shot at Kami and Kai. Then a clown came... Kami could do nothing more than sigh.

But the first man looked at him and grinned. Oh oh. Ambush? Trap? It hardly matterd now that the three were knee deep into the situation. The doom of the scenario didn't fail to bring a grin onto the Okara's face as the first man began to speak. A threat? Warning? Caution? Kami's eyes slowly glided under almost shut lids to make sure Hirosue was alright, she seemed to be questioning someone.

By now Kami was pretty sure as to what was going on, and if he wasn't, he was about to be certain in a moment.

"Kurokawa Kai, were you trying to join the Yakuza?"

Yes that turned the heads of many and shunned their presence from the bar. The name usually brought on such a reaction but Kami didn't care for it any more. The bartender clenched the bottle in his hand nervously as the name was spoken, and the same reaction emanated through many of the spectators in the area. Yes he had dared to speak the unspeakable in a place possibly crowded with dangerous shinobi, but Kami simply testing how far he could go now. How far he could go before something real happened.

The Okara hot a glance at Raida, he must have known how it felt to be in Kai's shoes, as did Kami. But this time the three were going to play Sashimi's role, and turn this tropical storm into a tatsumaki.

Thoughts filled Shiro's head as they never had in the past. The events at the Temple still weighed incredibly heavily upon his conscience and he felt obligated to find what he could deduct or discern about the situation. I still don't know Neko's affiliation with that event... I have to catch up to him. The truth was, Shiro had been following Neko since the event, trying to obtain information regarding the bombing that would aid in the obvious investigation that would follow. Sticking in the shadows, Shiro watched as Neko approached another boy, though he had only met this boy once and had forgotten his name, along with a younger girl with... A pacifier...? A shinobi... With a pacifier... That's ridiculous... Shiro was in shock at the fact that such a thing was even possible.

Before long, the situation became even more interesting. Three more figures approached, none of which Shiro knew. Whats... going on here? Shiro mentally inquired. I think I need to deduce the situation. Neko certainly looks suspicious. Shiro decided that it was time to approach the situation. As he walked forward, he overheard one of the newcomers questioning the boy whose name he didn't remember. "Kurokawa Kai, were you trying to join the Yakuza?" 'Ahh yes, that was the boy's name' would have been the normal response had the latter part of the sentence not been uttered, but instead Shiro's eyes widened at the inquisition. Yakuza? The mental imposition sent his mind into the stoic deduction that it so often held. If this boy is joining Yakuza, then Neko is a member of the organization. The situation became obvious and Shiro's eyes sharpened as he looked in the catman's direction.

Kizune took this time to look over his shoulder. He had been listening quite acutely to the conversation and had a good feeling on what was going on. The Sennin let out a sigh, finished his sake, and went over to the crowd.

"Okara Kami, Zangeru Raida, Hagino Kazi, and Kurokawa Kai. You four are underage and a part of my branch. I will not tolerate any form of illegal activities from anybody in my branch. If I ever see you four in here again, there will be a most severe punishment. Either show yourselves out now, or my boot will do it for you."

Looking at the little student. "I hope you know that the same goes for you as well."

After the five minors left, either willingly or by force, Kizune would turn to the two adults.

"Now gentlemen, what's this business about joining Yakuza?

After a fatherly speech Kami gave Kazi and Raida a smile. Well at least the Yakuza situation was handled, but Kami still didn't get to take part in the blood bath that might have followed. There was no point in disobeying Kizune, he had too much respect for the man to confront him in public.

Signaling Kazi and Raida to no rebellion he appeared next to Suweh, almost in a flash of inexistent lightning. Picking her up by the ear again, Kami disappeared from sight, presence and scene. Like yet another play gone wrong, the actors fled within moments of catastrophe. Kami was actually hoping that those men would escape the clutches of Kizune, so that Kami could have what he termed revenge, but it was more of a game finisher.

It wouldn't make a difference anyway as Kami appeared in front of Suweh's house and threw her through some random window. The Okara didn't even go as far as asking why she had that pacifier in her mouth, cat-students like her made him confused.

Kami confused now.

Moving closer Shin took up a position behind the new arrival and slightly to his left, so that anyone left at the table would be able to observe him. Then, he began his game, sticking his hands on his hips he tried to make himself look stern and lifting one hand up waggled a finger at some imaginary children.

Litle Hirosue was up in the air and flying.
Round towards the open window, circling.
Little Hirosue screamed as if she was in anger.
Landing face down on her bed, out of danger.

Little Suweh rolled on her letters like a pad of lilies.

Little Suweh started wondering all about the Jinkotsu.
Curious if they really are dangerous like the Kinjutsu.

[OOC: wtf >_>]

Kai was getting pissed by the minute. The exasperation, anger and frustration were on his face in such a way that one couldn't differentiate between them. Kai clutched the lemonade and remained silent throughout the whole time. He wouldn't be speaking with Kami, Raida or Kazi. They weren't worth it right now.

Then Kizune appeared. Had Kai been how he usually was, his heart would have sunk. But today was different. His resolve was unbreakable earlier, but now he had grown more determined, after so many attempts to discourage or preventing him from attaining what was most important to him now.

After he saw Kami and Kazi leave, he couldn't stand it. He broke the silence he had maintained for so long. "Kizune-san, you are incapable of understanding of what is happening. You are an ignorant fool. A hypocrite. You yourself give into the temptations of money, power, lust, greed, avarice, pride. However you prevent others from achieving what they need. For you everything is merely a want. For me everything right now is a need." Kai didn't raise his voice. People who shouted never really got their point across as well as those who were calm.

"Kizune-san, I was having an arguement with this".. not so.. "kind gentleman right here. You are the leader of my branch. Ultimately it is my duty to obey you. If you wish not to see me here again, then I will use the most basic jutsu they ever taught us, to transform myself. As for our arguement, Kizune-san, the gentleman and I can always continue it later. We are not at your mercy. I would greatly appreciate it, though, if me and this gentleman could have our privacy here, but I guess that can't be expected. Not from you at the very least."

Kai looked at his lemonade, it had not been drunk at all. What a waste... Kai picked the glass up and gulped its contents down while watching a very amusing mockery of his branch leader by an unknown person. Kai suppressed his laugh. He formed an immediate liking for this guy, whoever he was. As he finished his glass, Kai looked at Kizune, and said in a very matter-of-fact tone, "So, Kizune-san, as I know that you will not succumb to my requests, I will have to continue my arguement somewhere else, where you can find it acceptable." Kai stood up, and faced Neko, "Look man, I am not paying for that drink unless you explain your behaviour to me. Let's finish this outside. "

Kai made a short bow to Raida, and spoke to Kizune, "Thank you for spoiling everyone's mood here Kizune-san and have a very good day." Before leaving the premises through the main door, however, he winked at Shin and gave him a Thumbs-up sign.

The assassin had kept his eyes on the boy before me, Kami wasn’t it? His friends had already spilled so much valuable information. The name, they still probably had to learn how dangerous giving one’s name was. Especially in such a place.
Before Jinniku could say anything, a man who had remained in the background until then stepped in, calling the four boys. Part of his branch? Who was that? Neko’s eyes focused on the newcomer, there was something familiar about him… but his memory wasn’t responding.
He wished to know this man’s name too.

Luckily, the boy that wanted to join the Jinkotsu’s family granted him his wish, revealing who that man was and… a bit more than needed. Kizune… Neko finally remembered him, from his genin days. He had helped him, Baku and Talinai in exploring that temple underneath the Hashigaki’s house.
No, he couldn’t let him recognize Neko, even if they had met only once. In a flurry, the Inuzuka turned around, dismissing himself from that meeting. “Yakuza? What are you all talking about? I don’t know anything about those criminals. Shin, let’s go, my friend.”

Without looking back, Jinniku stood and walked out of the bar, waiting for the joker to follow him.

Rubbing the back of his head Shin wondered how the angry man had known his name. Perhaps he has something do with the reason I came to this place? Regardless of how he had known his name the fact was that he did, and so Shin felt it was best to go along quietly and find out what was going on.

Smiling widely at the fool in front of him in case he bothered to look in his direction, Shin then politely took his leave.

The talk between the men got intense. However, before anything could be find out, the Medic chief had dropped in. Soon, Raida noticed Kazi and Kami disappear upon the man's command. Raida heard the small talk between Kai and Kizune. Before the Hyuuga himself got in trouble, he too decided to leave. Though before leaving, he said one thing to the Uchiha, "Sometimes, you shouldn't consider age but rather the skills. Power won't get you respect"

The Hyuuga then left the place to come out. He activated Byakugan and watched that man named Neko leave. He was soon followed by another person, considerably with an immense chakra. Though, not in a mood to pursue them, Raida entangled himself amongst leaves and went home.

Kami, was it? Yes, what a strange name. Those two couldn't be left alone, they knew too much.

A small grin escaped the assassin's lips as he opened the door and exited. He knew how merciful the Jinkotsu was to spies and too curious people.

Jinniku eyed his companion, a joker of sort, he didn't know why the Yakuza were interested in such a freak but he surely had some special feature. Oh well, it was not his place to judge, he was just there to deliver a message anyway...

A few steps out of the pub and the assassin gestured Shin to get closer. In a blur, the two shinobi disappeared in a swirl of leaves.

The blood on the floor ticked Kami off, it annoyed him as to why anyone would do something like that, but only after entering did Kami recognize Kai. Kami was about to go to pat her little head, pull her ear or just bite her eyes out, ya'know the cuddly stuff. But Kai began to bark demands at a waitress. Was he drunk?

Kami grinned a little as he walked in slowly, he started walking towards Suweh, but came to a stop, some man rammed himself outside. He smashed some glass on Kai's table, only to spill its contents wildly around the almost cracked artifact. Kami's smile turned slowly into a dull frown, as he walked slowly up to where Kai sat and pulled up a chair. Sitting in the middle of where the two others were, Kami leaned forward, resting his head on his folded hands. With a bored expression, Kami said in a voice that seemed a bit annoyed...

"Aw, that's no way to talk to a girl, now please apologize."

Kami was serious. Though he hated the night, when sooner or later his demonic side would roam lose, he would not allow Suweh to be insulted. Nothing in his body's composure even hinted at a wildly blood thirsty monster inside, but maybe he would leak an inkling onto this man who insulted his student. Kami made sure to close his eyes almost to a shut, so that the slowly reddening orbs inside would not show, and once they did, it would be over.

Before Kazi could finish the song, he saw his old friend relaxing in the bar. Catching eye of another noob, who went by the name Kai...Kazi walked into this place of eternal heaven. But looking down the ground, Raida noticed blood outside the bar, though in not much amount. [i]'Probably due to a fight...'[/u], the Zangeru sighed as he entered and disregarded to let his mind be driven by such trivial stuff. After all, drunk people often get belligerent when they have little consciousness of their mood.

not knowing much about the drinks, Raida looked at the people in the bar, trying to find the man who might be disguised as a Yakuza. Raida detested them. His last meeting outside the bar was bilked due to a tall Yakuza. Before Raida could indulge his mind into discovering the unknown identity, the loud talk in the bar got his attention. Upon looking in the direction, Raida noticed a young girl, along with another boy of same age whose back was towards Raida. And another annoyed person who seemed to be the cause of this whole uproar. Raida doubted those adolescents might have done something wrong.

Furthermore, Raida saw Kami join the group and seemed a little serious. Soon to follow was another comrade Kazi who seemed in jocular mood, complete opposite to Kami. Well, Raida couldn't just stand aside and watch things happen. The gathering might have occurred due to something important or why would these two men accost unfamiliar persons in place such as a bar.

"Yo.. what's up, guys", Raida said, trying to find what was the real problem for this disturbance. As he came next to the table, he recognized the other man to be Kai. "Oh... Kai?", Raid asked with a little astonishment to see him there. Then he glanced back at the girl. they seemed to be knowing each other. But pertaining to his task, Raida questioned him. The Firewater bar was an odd place for Shin to be and he stuck out like a Watermelon in a field of potatos. His contrasting colors and bell bedecked form was painfully obvious to all the patrons of the bar. However it was the same no matter where he went and Shin never was one to dwell on whether or not he 'fit in.' In fact he was presently having fun apeing one of the bar's customers.

He was sitting directly opposite a gruff looking man who was quite obviously drunk and rather sleepy at a table off to the side. The man sat with his drink in front of him and his elbow resting upon the table with his chin upon his palm. His eyes were bloodshot and occasionally they would close before quickly snapping back open and peering at Shin suspiciously, as if Shin were a dirty no good drink thief. Shin's imitation was uncanny, the timing was impeccable, his expression perfect and when the man finally fell asleep, Shin nabbed his drink... (The man had good reason to suspect Shin.)

Carefully rising so as to not disturb the man, he looked around to find a place where he could sit and enjoy his ill gotten gains. Joyfully however he spied a crowd forming. In the back of his mind he vaguely remembered that he had come to the bar for a reason but for the life of him he could not remember what it was, so instead he made his way over to see what mischief he could make.

An eyebrow twitched as the little girl introduced herself, did she even realize where she was? The Inuzuka started worrying for real if she wasn't meant to go to the hypothetical kindergarten he had mentioned a few moments before. The assassin just smiled faintly.
However, Jinniku had something more important to worry about. That boy was surely getting on his nerves, he had clearly stated he was annoyed, yet he was there, yelling at him. In his mind, the assassin was already strangling the new recruit, something that would become reality in a few moments. He closed his eyes, mumbling to himself to remain calm.
As he was about to reach out and grab the boy's neck, Jinniku noticed the people that were approaching. Too many people.
A glance towards Kai was a clear sign that he should calm down too.

A thought swiftly entered his mind, where was the bouncer? That man was useless! He was probably drinking instead of working... no way those children could look old enough to be considered adults! Especially the one with the pacifier.
In any case, those kids weren't welcomed.
Jinniku's mumbling become a grumble, then finally intelligible words. “Apologizing? What are you talking about, kid? Who are you and why are you interrupting us?” The Inuzuka's eyes met Kami's gaze. “If that is your sister, you should teach her she'd better make sure she doesn't enter the wrong places. And so should you.” The last words were pronounced with a lower and slower tone, clearly warning the incautious shinobi.

Jinniku fumed, but he didn't move anything but his gaze, taking a look at the busy and noisy pub. Then, a familiar face caught his attention, that man... he was sure he had seen him somewhere.
The Inuzuka's not really efficient memory took a few seconds to recall the photo matching that face, that was Shin, the new recruit. A grin appeared on the assassin's face. His abilities would come handy.

Little Suweh gently raised up from her small bow.
Pondering the very thought of leaving right now.

Little Hirosue spoke, "Sorry for asking directions."
Speaking casually through their misconceptions.
Little Hirosue checked again at her list of deliveries.
Turning away, counting her letters like little berries.

Little Suweh made a bow as she passed Kami-sensei.
Smiled a bit and walked yet there was nothing to say.

Kai walked into the bar. He was tired and without shoes, though he didn't want to let many people notice that, the trail of blood that his cut up feet left on the wooden floor was unmistakable. He had walked straight from the valley, through debris, glass, wood, mud, dirt, concrete and many other objects. He could have used a jutsu and healed himself. After he was a medic, but he didn't. He wanted to feel the pain of his foolishness. It only increased his determination to join the group he had come to seek. He feared that if he healed himself and went back to normal, the desire and motivation to get revenge and also to be stronger would fizzle out. He feared he would just accept defeat and go back home, hoping for a better luck next time.

Once he was seated, a waitress walked upto him with a small notepad and pen in hand. Her unease was apparent. There weren't many visitors at this time. It was only around noon. No one except a few people got drunk in the morning. She asked politely what she could get for him, her eyes shifted here and there constantly. Kai looked up at her and his clear green eyes stared at her. This made her even more uneasy. "Sir... what can I get you? and do you want me to do something for your leg?"

When Kai finally spoke, his voice was heavy and tired, "Get me the people who hide behind this excuse of a bar, and while you are it get me some lemonade. As for my feet, they are fine thank you."

The waitress acted as if she was puzzled, as if she did not understand. She was shifty, and was twidling her thumbs. Kai was growing wearier by the minute because of this act. "Goddammit, Get me the Yakuza will you? And stop acting like a buffoon and get to work." There was a hint of exasperation and anger in his voice.

"Yes Sir." The girl did a quick bow and hurried to a door behind the counter. While she was gone, Kai quickly healed his wounds. He didn't want to appear weak infront of their representative.

Little Hirosue sucked her green bib as she watched.

Little Hirosue slowly closed her eyes, patiently waited.
Wanting to meet the Jinkotsu too, her mind debated.

Routine work in the family, that was what Neko most hated about his job, it was just boring and he was never in the mood for it. The task is simple, sit in the Firewater pub, look around for scary people, lure them into the same darkness he had plunged in years before. An endless corridor, its entrance gate shut as soon as you step in, that was what being in the Yakuza meant.
He still wondered why some people got in willingly…

The door clunked behind him, the hinges squealing in pain as the impact startled the ceiling fan, which swung back and forth, the light bulb implanted in the middle multiplying the shadows of the assassin. The backstage of the bar, where that fat piece of what once could be called a man sat all day, they called him ‘cook’, Neko called him ‘cock’.
The cook’s grumbles entered the Inuzuka’s right ear only to exit from the left one, unassimilated. Without even glancing at him, Neko walked directly into the bar, only to be stopped at the door by one of the maids, her eyes showing once again that mixture of fear and respect, but mainly fear.

“Jinniku-sama, someone is… asking for you.” Gods! How he hated that name! Infused in his mind with his new life, never accepted by his soul, always pronounced by everyone. The triumph of his new unwanted identity, all of the lies gathered in a few letters.
With a gesture, he was pointed at the young Santaru and given all the information that had been gathered on him. One piece of information, in particular, made him smile.

The black dressed Jinniku entered the large dark room, it was a wonder how it managed to remain obscure even at noon, surely the smoke wafting in the air added to the effect. Or should we say the air wafting in the smoke? He still was unsure which of the two gasses was the predominant one.

The assassin pulled a chair and sat directly in front of Kai, smashing a glass on the table, almost dropping most of its liquid contents. He sounded annoyed and he looked annoyed, it was not hard to tell he was indeed annoyed from those two traits only, but there was nothing bad in adding to the clarity of the situation. “I am annoyed. You come here, looking for what, I do not care. You bleed on the floor, you mistreat our people, you ask for a… pfft.”
The Inuzuka handed the analcoholic beverage to the boy. “A lemonade? What the… You are in the wrong place, boy. Kindergarten is next door.” He chuckled, but his amber eyes were still mortally serious, that was no game, even if he liked to play around.
Then, pointing to Hinoue: “Pick up your little sister and leave.”

Little Hirosue slowly opened her eyes and listened.
Footsteps entered, door swung, the fan was startled.
Little Hirosue turned a little and dared a peek.
Ebony figure sat on a chair and heard him speak.

Little Suweh gently made a weak smile at the talk of "little sister."
Saying, "Apologies for my big brother", sarcastic smile just as sinister.
Little Suweh felt something odd in herself just now.
Spoke her full name, adorned with a small bow.

He totally ignored the man's words for now, and barked, "Hey you, You have absolutely no right to smash around my drink, alright? " Kai took a deep breath and calmed himself.

"Listen Mr.Yakuza, first off, I don't drink. Plus a lemonade is something which I like to drink. Also, people like you who keep on drinking loose their senses. I mean why in the name of God will there be a Kindergarten next a bar? Also, you fail at assessing someone's behaviour. I did not shout, scream, beat anyone here. All I did was be a bit forceful in my demands. To add to that, I never knew politeness was a criterion to becoming a Yakuza anyways." His last few words were said in a mocking way.

"Also, this little girl is not my sister, and if you want to quit all this prattle and get to why I am here, instead listening to your bull shit, then let's start. " Anger had started to resurface as he said the last few words. It was then did he actually notice the little girl.

Quickly turning away from her, he noticed the blood on the floor. He continued, calmer now, "Also, about that blood. It was a test. I was testing myself, If I had the determination and strength to walk miles with bleeding feet to seek what I truly want."

Firewater, The Bar

In the center of the Valley is an expansive, open square. In the center of it rests a large, ornate fountain that is the pride and joy of the village, much as the Kage Cliff was for the past generations of ninja. This grand and beautiful font, who's central figure is portrayed to be the Goddess of Fire herself, frequently has floating wildflowers and lilies in the pool surrounding it.

Several shops surround the square, one of which is the renowned bar Firewater. The outside of the building is painted in contrasting reds and blues, and the sign itself is a meshing together of the kanji for 'fire' and 'water'. Inside, the place is huge. A black marble bar dominates the left side of the building, behind which a snappily-dressed bartender stands, polishing her shotglasses and sake bowls.

To the right is a small dance floor where more people mingle then dance, and in the back are the booths and tables where many regulars make themselves known for any who might be looking for them. Firewater is quite popular for those of legal age (or who can best, fool, or sneak past the bouncer, who is the combat equivalent of about a High Genin) and for most is considered a standalone business center aside from the Valley's multifaceted resturaunts and shops. Word has it that in Firewater, which is kept in the cutting edge of style, anything anyone could want can be purchased here for the right price and if they talk to the right person.

He was of an older age and perhaps a bit stronger than Kazi. But the Santaru didn't give a shit about strength.....not like he was being attacked by anyone at the moment.

The stranger too a seat next to Kazi and ordered a bowl of ramen. Kazi's empty stomach growled, but the Santaru wasn't in the mood for a feast. He had just stopped by to drink and loosen up his ends. The man soon broke the solitary ice by asking a question. Judging from his talk he was definitely not a leaf resident. For Kazi was sure that everyone living in leaf would know that Ayunee had stepped down a while ago. It was a wise decision made by her to say the least. She hadn't done anything fruitful for the village as hokage and leaf would be better off without her. Taka was the current hokage, he was surely better than Ayunee but not the best Kazi thought to himself as he sat quietly with his right hand fiddling with the cup of beer.

Then Kazi heard a kids response fly across the seat. It was a girl and she seemed to be quite confident. Turning his sway towards the uncanny man, Kazi threw in his two cents in a solemn tone. "Taka is the Hokage now. Ayunee left the post a while ago, it was surely the right decision as she didn't do shit for the village. And sadly enough you wont be able to talk with Taka since he doesn't want anyone disturbing him. I can talk to the Anbu's about getting you a meeting fixed....but frankly I'm too lazy to do so."

Now eating his dirty ramen noodles like a burrito.
Little Hirosue gasped with her mouth open like the moon.
Thumped him silly on the head now with a wooden spoon.

Little Suweh quickly took away his bowl of ramen.
Ordering a new one while mumbling about men.
Little Suweh paid for his food since it was her fault.
Walked out of the inn, under the high noon in exalt.

After saying that Kyuuten activated his Sharingan and looked deep within the leaf members eyes and uses his hypno suggestion to attempt to make the boy accept his offer and follow him to a safe place. If successfull then Kyuuten would get up and leave with the boy, if not then he would grab the boy's arm and take him by force unless the boy seemed to be in pain , then Kyuuten would simply let him go for he did not want real harm done.

Time to Chill [Free RP]

Location: Sokaito Noodle Ramen Inn

Soon after his genin exam shinto walked alone angry at the fact he wasn't invited to celebrate passing the exam. It didn't take long before he spotted the Inn, he could smell the welcoming flavors that lingered just outside.
"This looks like a nice place to chill for a while"
Walking towards the Inn, Sliding back the thin paper door shinto was welcomed by what he assumed to be the owner, giving a nod and then ordering his Ramen, Shinto sat leaning on the counter resting his head on his hand, yawning deeply as he waited for his food to be served.

Almost everyone behind the counter had smiles on their faces to help bring in the customers. "Why do they have to smile like that all the time...no one is even coming in...that's so annoying", shinto couldn't help but think this.
After getting his food he sat alone with his hood up almost closing his eyes as he sat relaxed, eating his food slowly.

Little Hirosue was playing ball and catch.
Just under the big roof, covered with thatch.
Little Hirosue's kick struck the rubber ball.
Flying so fast, straight down through the hall.

Little Suweh's rubber ball bumped on a boy's head.
Dunked on to his bowl of ramen, bubbly like mead.
Little Suweh slowly peeked through the wooden door.
Searching for her ball, feet shuffling on the floor.

shinto sat for a few seconds looking at the ball slowly spinning round in the bowl, thinking of how tipical it was for this to happen to him.

Picking the ball up with one hand holding it to his right, shinto stood up pulling down his hood to see who it was. For a few seconds it seemed like it came out of no ware, and then their she was little Hirosue peeking her head through the door, "hey you missy....is this yours, and what are the odds seeing you here".

Seeing a friendly face seemed to cheer up shinto a bit, throughin the ball back to her softly, he waits for her to catch it, "well are you just going to stand there are come sit down over here"

Shinto turning and half zipps up this jaket, before sitting down waiting for Hirosue to join him.

Little Hirosue blinked twice in surprise.
Now meeting Shinto, not once, but thrice.
Little Hirosue's mouth opened to make a reply.
Yet Shinto softly threw the ball and let it fly.

Little Suweh reacted with lightning reflexes.
Out came her foot, swung up like axes.
Little Suweh thought he knew the game of catch.
Out came the ball at his head, twice for a match.

Akuma Shinto wrote:

"sorry Hirosue i'll buy you a new one....a better one, im just not in the mood, and please dont go in the huff I promise i'll buy you a new one"

Sitting back in his chair shinto cleaned his hand off as the blood dripped as he reversed the bones back into place.
"yeah about the bones in my hand moving like that, after getting a blood transfusion when i was in hospital werid things have been happening, dont realy want to talk about it"

still waiting in the chair for Hirosue to join him, as talking across the Inn was a bit odd.

Little Hirosue watched her ball burst and pop.
Deflated and wasted, Shinto let it fall a drop.
Little Hirosue stopped sucking on her green bib.
Hugging her little friend, Saya clung on her sleeve.

Little Suweh slowly sat one seat away.
Pouting and frowning, her feet did sway.
Little Suweh gently bit her lip as if to cry.
No more friendly rubber ball, why oh why?

Hoping that this would cheer her up shinto smiled, but not thinking that she isn't genin yet, and this would only upset her more, this was so naive of shinto, he didn't mean to rub it in.

Little Hirosue was just about to say "rubber ball."
Yet the genin issue hit her hard like a big maul.
Little Hirosue recovered with a smile, just a bit late.
Saying, "You're a genin now? Wow, that's... great."

Little Suweh tried to make a happy face.
Yet her heart beat sadly on a slow pace.
Little Suweh slowly made Saya sit on her lap.
Asking, "How was the exam? Did anyone flop?"

Akuma Shinto wrote:

Did I Passed?

Kashiwa Amatsu wrote:
"Better luck next time, huh?", Amatsu thought sourly. That was the same thing she'd heard when she failed the very first MiT exam she had attempted. She glanced backwards to look at Hirosue and Hibiki, to see how they were faring, before walking over to her seat and sitting down. She kept a placid look that showed nothing more than a shadow of the determination she had had on her face, when Kami was putting her in the hot seat. Beyond that, nothing else showed.

Gently, she drummed her hands on the side of her seat, watching as Kami released the Genjutsu on Hibiki, wondering whatever Kami planned on doing next. She did not wish for him to assault her with any more questions, though; they were enough for one day.

Kiyokawa Hibiki wrote:
I opened my eyes slowly as I finally got a view of my actual surroundings. I was looking up at the roof of the original room we were in and that was confirmation enough to prove that I had been trapped in a genjutsu. Either way I was free now and so I quickly sat up and felt pain surge worse through my body when I did so. I was no longer in the genjutsu and as so moving around caused pain. After all from the looks and feel of things I was pretty badly banged up. That damn Kami! To do something like this! Either way it seemed that someone had also taken the time to fix me up and so I was bleeding all over the place. Either way I noticed the cast on my arm and figured it was time I at least make that functional.

I slowly removed the make-shift cast from my arm and felt the pain increase slightly as I did so. After that I began to use my bone extraction ability to remove all of the broken or fractured bones in my body and replace them with properly working ones. Finally the bones were out and I felt a amount of relief move through my arm although it was still in a large amount of pain from not only having the bones moved and broken but also from the original crushing of the muscles. It would take awhile for that to heal but at least that was over. I then wiped the blood off my arm from using the bones extraction ability and then turned my view over to Kami. It seemed things had been calmed down for now at least and I didn't want to get up for no reason.

Kami wrote:
It seemed the time had come, Hibiki had been released from the grasp of the surreal, Suweh faced no more opposition as her bull charge managed to destroy the last mud clone, and Amatsu was quietly awaiting the coming. Turning Kami mentally arranged each of them in alphabetic order.
-Izanami Hirosue
-Kashiwa Amatsu
-Kiyokawa Hibiki

So it was set, he would tell them whether they passed or failed based on the order in which they arrived. But first they would need to leave right?

"Would you all please stand outside the room? I will call you in one by one and tell you if you passed or failed.

...Oh hint, one person here will not be an MiT after today."

After all of them left, Kami began to think of how he was going to approach this. He knew who failed by now, his form of judgment upon his students was a bit twisted but his say was final in the matter. He was a bit bummed by Amatsu's reaction, pranks were no fun when the victim refused to react! Maybe he would fail her after all.

Hibiki was extremely smart for his age, with training he could be a magnificent Medic. Suweh too impressed Kami with her determination to defend Hibiki. She would tap into forbidden powers, fight hand to hand with a group who together was stronger than her, just to make sure Hibiki got out without a scratch.

The moments of hesitation that were once decorated with subliminal thoughts soon faded and Kami looked up at the now closed door. Clearing his throat he began the final game.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Izanami Hirosue."

When she walked in he offered a smile, though it seemed that her innocence was tainted by the somewhat darkness within her, Kami out of all the people knew that darkness was only a notion. He would make sure Suweh was never consumed by evil, never shrouded by blackness, as long as he lived.

"Meow Meow Chan! Guess what, you passed! Now go home and tell Aunt Katzumi to buy you some books on medicine. Try to read through them as much as you can, and if you have any questions, ask me."

His smile would soon fade, well he himself would fade as Suweh could soon see him appear in front of him. Grabbing her ear, he flung her outside of the window, knowing she would land on her feet. He was growing accustomed to doing that ^_^

As the room assumed its characteristic emptiness, Kami went through his list mentally to find Amatsu's name next.Taking in a deep breath he called out for her.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Kashiwa Amatsu.

When she entered, she would see him with a frown, hands crossed and eyes looking straight at hers, almost through her.

"Kashiwa Amatsu, you disappointed me today. After failing the last MiT exam I thought you would be able to fare exceptionally well on this one. But in the end you were below the cut off line.

You have heard this one before but, Kashiwa Amatsu you.... Pass!:

Kami broke out into a laugh almost immediately after he had unlocked the prank. Doing this was probably exorbitantly devilish, mean to another degree. She had worked hard for her rank and he knew that from the start. But everyone needed a laugh once in a while. Batman would be a madman without the Joker to balance his world, and so would Amatsu. The medical field often required stressful amounts of attention, Kami never really agreed to it but was forced to work hard, being a pediatrician wasn't that easy.

Finishing up what was left of his childish laughter he made a straight face. But after what preceded, he knew she wouldn't consider his straight face as anything more than another facade.

"You should start reading some books on medicine, but don't get too involved into it. Stop once in a while, go out and have some fun, it's just that I wouldn't want you to get overwhelmed by the field. Trust me it happens 99% of the time.

Oh and one more thing."

Kami's straight face relaxed as he began slowly moving his legs back and forth.

"Give me back my White Vest! When I gave it to you to wear home, it was to cover your blood stain, not to keep! These damn parents get nervous when they see their kid get treated by someone who has a normal Chuunin vest on."

Kami ended with a point to the door. He would converse, if he was allowed to. He needed to get the upper hospital back and running as soon as possible.

After she too was gone he regained his position as sole ruler of the room, contemplating a plot to confront Hibiki. After a moment of boredom-filled hesitation Kami called out for Hibiki.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Oi Hibiki!"

When he would enter Kami would be sitting on the same desk, with a sort of bored expression on his face. Hibiki probably wouldn't listen to what Kami had to say next, but hey at least Kami had tried to help. How much intellect could a child doctor's word carry after all?

"Kiyokawa Hibiki, I find that you are unfit for this field...

You are smart, I'll give you that, but I doubt you would add anything to this hospital or the study of medicine in total mainly because being smart does nothing in the end if you don't know how to use it. My advise is to come over to this hospital and watch medics at work. Maybe then you can see the difference between smarts and intelligence. A genius isn't he who remembers the most, but he who can use his knowledge the best.

This might sound a bit philosophical or even stupid, but you'll become an MiT when you understand this."

Kami sincerely hoped he did. Though by now Kami could tell the boy hated him, Kami couldn't help it. In the process there would always be enemies and friends, Kami only prayed he had made more friends than enemies.

The Okara then lifted his hand and pointed at the door with a smile. He would have said You Failed or something, but found it hardly needed at the moment.

Looked up the window at her scary course.

Little Suweh now wondered about those books.
Reading even one paragraph gave her the spooks.
Little Suweh smiled and rolled on the patch of grass.
Hugged Saya her friend, smiling all about the pass.

Clone Tactics

Kami wrote:
Kami waited patiently as Amatsu soon arrived to the board. He had become a bit more tired as the genjutsu on Hibiki began to take more and more of a toll. Having to continually keep him in the illusion even while in pain was a pain in itself and Kami noted for next time he would ever give an exam, to have illusionists do his work for him.

The smile Kami had on turned from unreal to real with a bit, since no matter how much he had hated being around Amatsu for his own reasons, she had learnt quite a bit. It was only a matter of time until she would surpass him in the field, but that would only mean his job was done. Reminding himself why he had even become a doctor, Kami pushed his mind back to the situation at hand, where Amatsu identified the problem in his question. To name the huge amounts of pressure points was useless, just knowing their general location would do just fine. But giving her the satisfaction of a correct answer seemed a bit too humbug for the teen, now plotting ways to mess things up a bit more.

With a mischievous grin on the inside Kami finalized his plan.

"Wrong, as a medic, you need to know exactly where each pressure point is. The fact that you would offer me such vague generalizations is a direct reflection on the amount of effort you have put in. Well it can't be helped, you weren't as good as I had hoped."

Kami was a natural, or hopefully he was. He followed with a disappointed sigh, but inside he was already breaking up in laughter. Of course he had to make sure he didn't release Hibiki, or take the mud clones out of the corner of his sight, or else both of the scenarios would vanish. But on the matter of mud clones, Kami turned to see Suweh defend with clones of he own. Wait why was one of his 2 clones now splattered up on the ceiling? Looking up in confusion Kami saw a gaping whole in the clone's …. Thousand years of pain? Seemed like a move Kazi would do, not a little evil kitty like Suweh!

But Kami hadn't really made the rules according to his expectations, so he merely turned around, to face Amatsu again, with another façade, this time, one of an even more disappointed look. Shaking his head with dismay Kami began to speak again in a sunken tone.

"Fine fine, how much do you know about the human body's self regeneration?"

A trick question? Maybe, Kami just wanted to see Amatsu's thought process through it all, though his attention was rather diverted. His conscious mind now went back to controlling the genjutsu that Hibiki was in.

Hibiki's Questions wrote:

The Kami inside of the dream frowned as if the answer he heard was abysmally wrong. He would have to continue with the examination though, but hearing the answer had gotten Kami to an already concrete conclusion.

What's more important to a medic, saving lives or discovering more about this world? Say if he or she could only pick one.

The Kami inside awaited an answer leaning towards the latter, or at least something to salvage the streak such a poor former answer had set.

-Mud clone 1 is blown to smithereens and is now splattered up on the wall.
-Mud clone 2 is confuzled because of the 3 Suwehs
-Hibiki still chillin' out in the dream
-Amatsu is faced with Kami's ebiilness.

Kashiwa Amatsu wrote:Amatsu looked openly disturbed, a mixture of incredulity and disappointment on her face. Kami was so impossible. How did he expect her to answer a question like that? Was he just trying to make the examination hard for her? If he was, she would just have to strive better and come out tops at the end of it. Her expression shifted instantly to a determined one. She wouldn't allow herself to be mentally defeated.

Kami's next question was just as vague as the last. The human body's self regeneration? Amatsu gently cleared her throat.

"The regeneration of a complex body such as the human's is not as, well, shall I say, effective as the regeneration of some lower animals. However, the human body has the ability to regenerate simple injuries, such as a light cut from a kunai, rather easily. Deeper injuries will heal, however, the scar will remain. I'd like to call that an imperfect regeneration. The loss of a limb is beyond the regeneration of the human body... without chakra assistance, of course. Once the limb is lost, it can not be grown back. There have been medical reports of little children of ages ten and below being able to regenerate the tip of a finger, if it was cut off, as long as the wound was not sealed off. Some internal organs, such as the liver can regenerate a little, but I don't know how many of these organs can regenerate."

She paused, running a hand through her hair, her brows slightly furrowed in thought.

"I guess I'll conclude with this: As the human body grows from birth, the rate of its regeneration is high, as teeth and other injuries are replaced and healed quickly. When growth stops, the regeneration drops, and decreases probably, till the demise of the human."

She shrugged slightly, having said all that she knew.

"That's about the size of it."

I sat glaring at Kami as his face filled with a solid look that said I was wrong. I knew my answers where correct though. At least the first and second one. The other one was a simple matter of opinion and I thought the plan would work quite well. Of course knowing Kami I could see him being disappointed. After all he'd probably run and leave his team behind like the coward he was. Unlike him I wouldn't sacrifice my team for no reason. If he wanted to make the argument that the enemy was stronger than me then my response would be that I wouldn't be able to escape then either. Of course Kami wouldn't tell me my answers were incorrect or try to have me explain even further. He'd stay quiet and simply ask my questions like a coward.

His next question seemed overly simple to me. Asking me if it was a mednin's responsibility to save lives or gather knowledge! Knowing him though he'd go with knowledge and the answer might even earn myself points on the exam but I knew the right answer. Even if Kami being the monster he was would disagree. I was sure if I spelled it out for him then he wouldn't be able to argue. "A medic has a duty to administer first aid and save lives. It is not only their primary duty according to the books but also on a moral stand point. As a medic it would be wrong to sacrifice a life for the pure want to accumulate more knowledge. You primary stance is to be the leg that your team has to stand on and the minute you lose sight of your primary purpose you would not only be putting your team at risk but also the village. Anyone who thinks otherwise is no more than a traitor and murderer." I said purposely taking a shot at Kami. I knew he was a murderer and I knew that my comment my hit him hard yet at the same time I knew he couldn't get angry at me for simply answering a question correctly.

Kami wrote:
Kami almost felt sorry when he saw her reaction, it was almost as if he'd drawn Shikyo and stabbed her with it spontaneously. But he should have known, she had wanted to get into the medical field for quite a while, he shouldn't have done that.

Aw but it was so fun! As she began answering the next question he had already bargained with himself, saying that he would only go on with the charade a bit longer, to see how she maintained her cool when faced with an insurmountable obstacle, such as Kami's opinion. Eh who was he kidding, his toying had nothing to do with the exam.

Her answer was too complex for Kami to bite into. He had only wanted a summary, a defining spotlight to be shone on the matter at hand. But with her second to last sentence he was assured that she knew about the reasons why most medical jutsus were developed.

But how to respond? Oh he wouldn't simply reply with a 'good job Amatsu!' it was too simple, not quite deviant enough.

"Your answers are not quite as in depth as I expect from you. But I have to draw this exam to a close, so when Suweh is done, sit back down. Better luck next time..."

Kami had to add that last comment, his delinquent face was grinning on the inside but outside, he fought tenaciously to keep a straight face. Then, expressionlessly he turned to face Suweh and Hibiki, oh and his remaining clone, who by the looks of it was doomed. She had a good idea of defense, though some training was obviously needed. But Kami realized she was young, and unexposed to so much education as was in Hibiki's life. He couldn't expect to push her to any intellectual limit, that would be unfair.

After Amatsu had taken her seat, and after Suweh had finished up with what was left of the muddy victim that went for Hibiki, Kami readied to release Hibiki's genjutsu. It seemed Hibiki had gone forward and defended life instead of knowledge. Kami had yet to meet someone who had opted for the latter one. He had hoped Hibiki would chose the one harder to defend, harder to justify, but once again Kami was let down when Hibiki ended his answer. Murderer? Traitor?

Maybe one day Kami would find someone who chose the option no one else had before him. If Kami had been asked the question, he wasn't sure what he would defend, but good for him, the only questions he was asked were by little curious children who came for dreadful check ups.

Kami moved towards the chalk board and began drawing as the battle and struggle behind him continued. The board was white, and the chalk in his hand was black, so that as he wrote, a dust with no luminosity in its color washed onto the board. He kept and eye on what was happening though, no matter how cold he portrayed himself to be, in the end he wouldn't allow any of them to be hurt too badly.

He began drawing what seemed like a skeleton on the board as he could only listen to Suweh's role. She was slowly turning demonic near him and he didn't do anything to stop her. No one else deserved such a fate, such a penance, to live along side a sickening monster. He would heal her one day, when he too gained the might beyond his status.

Suweh chomped down hardly on one of the clone's hands, successfully disarming it of its metallic weapon, but the clone retaliated by counter attacking with its other armed hand, slashing at Suweh. Though she was able to duck out of the way, she was forced quite a distance away from the clone. The second clone only approached Hibiki, and in unison they both bent to drive the kunai through Hibiki's throat, temple, and heart. But Hibiki had been healed temporarily, he needed a task to give Amatsu amidst the chaos.

He turned to her and smiled, signaling her to come to the chalk board. With an nonchalant posture, Kami walked slowly over to the desk, which was in front of the chalk board, and sat down. When she would arrive, he would give her the directions;

"Would you kindly point out all of the human pressure points please?"

He tried to smile, but anyone who had seen him enough could tell it wasn't genuine, wasn't real, was merely a semblance of kindness. The absurd emotions that had been running rampant in his veins lately made him angry at himself. He had been weak enough to allow adulteration, infection of some sort into his mind, one so twisted that he could not bring himself to comfortability near her.

He tried to think of what Hibiki would give as an answer to his questions rather than himself, hopefully the kid wouldn't give an answer of total idiocy, though Kami didn't expect anything less than correctness from him. How troublesome...

The next phase of the exam actually proved a little more difficult. As she approached Kami, she could see that he was drawing something that vaguely resembled human on the black, or rather, white board. Then she heard his question:

"Would you kindly point out all of the human pressure points please?"

Amatsu looked for a moment at the drawing on the board, and then thought hard. The question seemed evasive to her, and for a while, she could come up with not much of an answer. Something inside of her panicked at first; at this rate, she would probably fail this examination, especially if all she needed was to fail one question. She shook her head slightly, gathering her thoughts together, before finally speaking.

"The body has about eight hundred pressure points, owing to the gathering of nerve networks at different parts of the body..." She paused, hoping that she was saying the right stuff.

"These pressure points can be found mainly on the head; torso, which covers the chest and back; arms and legs. The brain is in the head, and a large network of veins are connected here, thus making almost the entire head a mass of pressure points. Attached to many of our internal organs like the liver, heart and spleen are still a bunch of networks. Also on the torso is the solar plexor, which I'm sure you know quite well about. The arms, especially at the armpits and wrists, and the legs, especially at the thighs, knees and feet, all have numerous pressure points. Not to mention the neck and groin as having large masses of nerve endings."

Everything had sort of come out in a jumble, and she honestly hoped that she wasn't betraying the nervousness that hid within her.

Little Hirosue dodged the attack with a roll.
Sprang up behind the clone into a low crawl.
Little Hirosue aligned with the window for her aim.
Sneaked up the clone for a thousand years of pain.

Little Suweh then used up the butt stroke of doom.
Now stomping fast and swift across the white room.
Little Suweh then stubbornly defended Hibiki-san.
With four identical clones now circling like the sun.

I sat up in the dark room after I finished answering Kami's questions. I didn't know what his problem was but my body was still in extreme pain all over. As I strove to deal with the aching pains flowing through my body I took a good look in the room around me. The room was completely dark and seemed to stretch on beyond sight. There was no indication of which direction led to the exit much less to where I was. The only things that stood out as odd in the room where the two people in it. Me and Kami. I found myself hating the man more and more especially because of his odd methods of testing myself but I figured he knew what he was doing. I didn't have much time to concern myself with such things though.

My hand burst into extreme pain as if someone had dropped a huge weight upon it. I watched as my hand went into a throe and I felt as if it would never stop. Then Kami went on again asking me questions in the middle of the event. I knew he was not quite right in the head but he definitely had some sort of other problem as well. Right now though, I had to focus. I quickly went through Kami's questions, one after another and found that I had soon answered all of his questions. None of them had been extremely hard to remember nor had I been in to much pain to answer them but I did find the task exhausting to a extent. Luckily once again I felt someone touching my arm and hand.

I felt striking pain at first, as if someone was taking my arms and pulling the bones back strait. It wasn't long before the pain was replaced with the odd sensation of of water flowing around my arm and then finally the cold tingling of it being frozen accompanied by the odd but refreshing relief that doing so provided. Eventually I felt as if my arm was begining to be held into place and before long I felt the odd comfort of it being wrapped and placed on a soft object. Of course by no means did any of this stop the pain but somehow I found that I could still move my body without disrupting the pain in any way, shape, or form. Slowly though I turned my gaze away from my hand and back to Kami. I hated him so.

-I would use my fukimi bari to poison the oppenent. Once poisoned I'd follow up by using clone and mist clone and having them run around and some of them appear to be healing my allies. I'd take advantage of this chance and heal my allies and in the meantime my oppnent would be slowly eaten away by my poison.

-Spider veins are small dilated blood vessels near the surface of the skin and Varicose veins are veins that have become enlarged and twisted.

Little Creature

Amatsu was nearly beside herself in shock, mingled heavily with rage when Kami crushed Hibiki's forearm. Her head snapped in his direction, her mouth forming a sentence when she caught herself. She could yell at Kami all day and end up getting nothing done, and possibly fail the exam. A medic ninja needed to be calm, cool and collected in all situations. Including this one. So, without saying anything, she sprang into action again.

Okay, she had read as much as possible about injuries, in preparation for this work, but the practical aspect was something totally different. She would have to suppress the shaking of her arms and concentrate on the task at hand. First of all, she shifted Hibiki's broken limb outward gently, trying as much as possible not to move it too much. She was lucky; the bones had not punctured the skin, but the break was nasty all the same from the looks of it. Murmuring an apology, she prodded the injury with her fingers, trying to ensure that the broken bones would still be in place by the time she would be through.

Gesturing slightly with her hand, a small sphere of water ejected itself from her gourd and floated swiftly to her waiting hand. Directing it over to Hibiki's arm, she allowed the water to coat the purple swollen skin, before freezing it. That done, she attempted to splint the fracture with the available equipment, wrapping the splints as tightly as comfortable with bandages. She made sure that Hibiki's elbow was also splinted, to ensure that its movements would not affect the broken bones due to moving muscles, and then she applied more ice again. The only movement would come from his shoulder, and since that wasn't affected, there was no need to hold it in place.

With the "minor setback" taken care of for the most part, Amatsu pulled a pillow over and slipped it below his arm. Hoping that there was nothing she had left out, she inspected her work once more, then turned to look at Kami, her anger still seething in her eyes, but also accompanied by a fierce determination to surpass any trial he placed before her.

It was a good thing she read alot; it was all paying off now.

Kami's eyebrows raised as an evil aura resonated out of the girl before him. Little suweh had a little secret and Kami was pretty sure he had come a little closer to finding out. Life next door to Jeishi had taught him a few things, and one was that demons possessed peculiar strengths. Especially at Suweh's body structure, it was highly unlikely for her to tap into such power without some... darker essence pushing her on.

The thought made Kami sad, how in the end everything was corrupt and black. Even the whitest of pure would develop a horrid stain on it with time. Had the same happened to Kami? The Okara Medic tried not to think about it as he hesitantly looked over to Amatsu. She opened her mouth to say something, something that Kami really wasn't in the mood to listen to. But she soon realized the same and went to work as Kami turned slightly and jolted forward.

Suweh was trying to pick up the floor under them, what she must not have seen was the sign in the front of the door that said Dr. Okara Kami. He wasn't going to let someone come in and destroy the setup when faced by a few clones. Appearing in front of Hirosue, Kami stomped down hard on the floor, making sure even her vain efforts would fail without the slightest room for luck. Looking down with a slightly annoyed look Kami managed to give a small smile to the small creature before him.

"In a battle field, you won't be able to rip the ground out so easily, unless of course little Suweh is trying to run... Please don't leave my exam, now that would hurt my feelings."

Kami ended his smile in a grin, that soon deteriorated into a frown. The clones approached Hibiki now, one bent down to reach for Hibiki's throat. With the kunai's they'd been given, they could surely take out the boy while Kami maintained the illusion over his will. Amatsu was busied with her work and Suweh here seemed in a peculiar hurry to leave the premises in search for a milder one.

Right about then Kami decided to continue Hibiki's test within.

Little Hirosue was an angry little creature.
Turning to her left was a dangerous picture.
Little Hirosue's nose sniffed up a familiar itch.
Clawed fingers reaching, used up body switch.

Little Suweh quickly popped up with a big bite.
Fangs stopped the kunai with demonic might.
Little Suweh roared out a defiant roar.
Heated rage coming right from her core.

Attack of the Clones

Kami wrote:
Kami's head now leaned over to his right palm as it tilted backwards, allowing for his long hair to drape over it. The boy walked in, very young, probably thought he was a prodigy for being so talented. Kami had learned at his age, when Kami was a chuunin before many had entered the academy, that there was no such thing as prodigy. The notion of success was merely blind satisfaction in a chain of luck, it was only a matter of time before Hibiki realized that, or Kami told him...

Moments after Hibiki had entered the room, Kami smiled at the sight of Suweh. Yet again she had the bib in her mouth, more reason why Kami wanted to squish her between his palm >3<

Kami gave it a few more seconds for any other student to arrive. He didn't know who the participants in the exam were, he just told the medics to pick out of the pool of possible MiT's. Maybe this was it.

That assumption soon came to a stop when Kami heard the foot steps of someone climbing up the wall. Kami didn't turn his head as someone jumped off of the sill, landing and facing him with a greeting. The little baby thing from behind said something that sounded like "Bingo" of course Kami could hardly make it out because she had a bib in her mouth.

...Hajime Mashte

Kami nodded to the bunch and stood up from his chair and shot up behind Hibiki. Kami's hands shaped into a gun on Hibiki's forehead as Kami began to slowly begin this plan for an exam.

Smashing his hand into Hibiki's temple Kami let him drop to the floor. Sumi masen Hibiki-kun...

Taking his tsurugi out, Kami slowly sliced through Hibiki's abdomen, then his neck, then his arms. They weren't too deep but couldn't be classified as surface cuts either. The blood that came running out was real, but Hibiki had already been caught in Kami's genjutsu.

"Kashiwa Amatsu and Izanami Hirosue, you are to use all the knowledge you know to bandage him up. If you fail, I will not save, if you succeed, he might be saved, and if you manage to partially heal him, he may have scars for the rest of his life."

Kami sat back down at his chair and began his little game. He had put Hibiki in another world of illusion, but unlike that of Amatsu, Hibiki would be able to feel the pain of the real world. But that was what would make this slightly less monotonous.

3. What are the 3 main nutrients in food?

Amatsu was hoping for something normal to happen, though the chances of that happening (considering the examiner) were slim... Her face took on a slightly puzzled expression as Kami knocked Hibiki out, something in her head hoping that he wasn't going to do some kind of freaky surgery again. Unfortunately, he did, and maybe worse. Her eyes widened in horror as Kami made some cuts on Hibiki's body. She had an idea what Kami was after, and was already tying her hair backwards as Kami gave his instructions. It was simple. Bind Hibiki up. Things were always easier said than done.

She moved over to the equipment she had been given, first selecting a salve that would clot the flow of blood, bandages and some wool. First things first, she moved to Hibiki's neck, using the wool to wipe off the blood there before rubbing the salve on lightly. She then applied more salve to another piece of cotton wool, pressing this gently against the cut, before wrapping up his neck with the bandage, tightly enough to hold the salve in place, but not too tight, so that Hibiki wouldn't choke.

This done, she could at least say that he wasn't going to die that quickly from loss of blood. But other vital parts remained injured and had to be sorted out. With a slight grunt of exertion, she swung back to her kit to replace her items. Next she went for his abdomen; best to protect his vitals from getting any external infections. By now, beads of perspiration dotted her face as she worked on the second wound, biting her lower lip in pent up anxiety. Having done the best she could, she moved on to his arms, cleaning, applying salve and bandages as before.

Having done all that she could, she looked over Hibiki to make sure that her work was satisfactory, then glanced at Kami, a look of concern mingled with the expression of shock that hadn't washed over. This was really unexpected. She just hoped for two things though: one, for Hibiki's sake, that she had done a good job. Two, for her sake, that she had done a good job. Everything depended on her doing a good job...

I watched as one person entered the room after another. The first was a little girl with a bib in her mouth. I recognized her as Hirosue, a girl from one of our previous lessons. She was small and innocent to a extent. At least she looked as so. Then it wasn't long till Amatsu entered. She came in quite stylishly through the window and came in and gave a formal greeting to everyone. I nodded in response not caring to do anything more at the moment. The Hirosue girl on the other hand seemed quite a bit more excited. She clapped her hands and shouted loudly and I passed her a slight glare before turning back to Kami. I wasn't in the mood to start a fight. Right now I had my exam to worry about.

Kami nodded to us all and I braced myself when he pointed his fingers oddly at me. Then I felt Kami slam his hand into my forehead and I began my descent to the floor. Then I felt pain strike through multiple points in my body. Look at what happened! If you weren't so inattentive you could have done something! Just kill! The voice yet again ran through my head as I felt of a spike of anger at the event. Even so I quickly calmed the outburst but the voice remained slivering in my thoughts. Looking for a opportune chance to tempt me to lose control. The struggle was subdued for now though and I had more things to worry about.

I awoke in a darkroom clouded in shadows. The pain was still spiking through me and I found it extremely difficult to move at all. Then I felt the odd sensation of someone else touching me. Foreign materials seemed to rub against my skin but at the same time no one was there. That simply brought me to question my reality. Something seemed wrong. Yet I wasn't able to confirm anything more than odd sensations. Then to my luck or more likely dismay Kami came and sat down in front of me. He asked me some rather straining questions and I quickly began searching my mind for the answers. I managed to find the answers after a quick period of thinking but even so I couldn't be one hundred percent sure but I was confident in my answers. Most of the information was pretty direct although some parts took a bit of thought on top of the knowledge.

Hibiki's Answers wrote:

1. How can hypertension in the body be a good thing?
-A person with hypertension often carries higher levels of renin than that of a average person. These high levels of renin in turn result in increased angiotension II. Angiotension II is a endocrine, autocrine/paracrine, and intracrine hormone. The increased amount of Angiotension II can cause increased growth, minorly act as a steriod, and increases the hormone output of endcrine systems as they use blood vessels as a communications source. It would also be good to say that those hormones effect everything from tissue function to your mood.

2. Is there a difference between 'Visceral Fat' and 'Organ Fat'?
-No they are two different terms for the same thing.

3. What are the 3 main nutrients in food?
-The three main nutrients in food are fat, protein, and sugar.

It seemed Kami had left his manga back at home, rendering him void of anything to read at all while this circus went on beyond his desk. He would have watched but he slowly grew to detest the sight of Amatsu. It made him feel weak and at home at the same time, something he hated, as he didn't want to be weak nor did he believe in a home. The sooner this was done with, the sooner he would be back outside, hanging out with Kazi or something.

He watched Amatsu go straight for the equipment in the room and begin work, while in Hibiki's dream he listened to the answers. Amatsu used a salve that he identified as having a grotesque amount of fizzing from the time with the boy with the torn hand... She soon began to bandage the wound, but that was when Kami got sick of observing her, and shifted his sight over to Suweh.

She seemed without tasks at the time, so she too would be occupied by this carnival-like folly of events. Dropping both of his hands to the desk below Kami gave a grim expression on his face, but it was covered up by his dropping hair. Standing up Kami raised his hands and from underneath them rose two mud clones. Of course they were only 20% as strong as he, but would Suweh be able to handle them even at their decreased strength? Pointing his fingers forward Kami signaled them to devour the little cat-thingie before them.

With slow but imminently approaching movements the two living dead beings began their movement. Kami gave two kunais to each, arming each hand with a kunai. Then appearing where Amatsu stood, Kami looked down to where the boy was. Smashing his leg down Kami thrust his heal down to Hibiki's forearm, effectively crushing the bone and possibly causing multiple fractures. Looking away to a drawing on the wall, where it measured the height of anyone who stood next to it through labeled markings, Kami estimated his height to be about 5' 9" tall for a 14 year old. With a smile that could easily be misinterpreted as sickeningly demonic, Kami looked blankly at the wall and spoke.

"Oops, it looks like you'll need to take care of some more minor set backs Kashiwa Amatsu..."

Weird, that might have been the first time he had called her by her normal name, without any ending, without any signal of familiarity. What was happening to him? But it was hardly a proper time to ponder over the morphs his mind had taken over the last 2 years.

"Suweh-chan, while Amatsu continues healing, you will need to stop those big mean mud clones from reaching Hibiki here. So do your best ok?"

With that Kami opened the door, looking outside to make sure no one was coming. Those nurses always screamed and fainted when they sa half the stuff he did, it made all progress choked by the chance of them appearing. Then easing his hands into his pocket Kami watched the show that would follow.

Hibiki now has a crushed left hand

Little Hirosue gasped at what Kami did.
Runned for some cover and quickly hid.
Little Hirosue heard Kami say bandage.
Scratching her head, empty of knowledge.

Little Suweh rose and watched Amatsu.
Rubbing some salve, and bandage too.
Little Suweh then looked and observed.
Saw Hibiki's dilemma and found it absurd.

Little Hirosue noticed two ugly mud clones.
Saw Kami walk, crushed up some arm bones.
Little Hirosue blinked twice and said, "Oh my."
Noticing her sensei, slowly making an evil smile.

Little Suweh frowned, thought him a bad person.
Hurting people is bad, no matter what the reason.
Little Suweh unsconsciously then made a low growl.
Circling around the three, making a deadly prowl.

Little Hirosue saw Kami look outside from the door.
Taking up the chance, there will be hurting no more.
Little Hirosue grabbed a huge chunk of the floor.
Abusing her chakra, roaring out a primal growl.

And so went the passport that Kami held in his hands, hiding it under the desk as he scanned it again and again. It was his alright, no one else in leaf had the name Kami in his knowledge. Suddenly a nurse walked in through the door of his large medical room. He quickly shot the passport into a pocket of his chuunin vest and gave her a smile, the same old smile he used to.

She smiled back and hurried on with her work, apparently collecting a few files from his cabinet and leaving with a quick bow. Looking around Kami frowned at the fact that the room was so white, it almost glowed in its bank lack of all color. He might have been the pediatrician lately of the hospital, but he didn't want to drag himself into the boredom of childhood again. Of course today he had canceled all of his appointments, sending temporary care services to the homes of the patients so that they wouldn't need Kami.

Kami was busied with other matters, those being the Medic in Training exams. Reading a short list that was presented to him this morning he mentally reviewed the names, the cat girl, the weird kid, and the water girl. He still hadn't thought up of a plan to run this class though, he had an idea, but no plan. He had sent them all messages, delivered by word from his little courier minions. They would inform them that they were invited to join the MiT exam at the Hospital top floor. The walls had no cracks, no stains, just the white paint that had been reinforced this week. Outside the window was all of Konoha, well most of it until the hills came and skewered sight past it.

The 14 year old boy known to kids through out Konoha as their doctor sat with tired eyes now. Who would be the first to arrive?

I sighed as I thought about the message given to me by one of Konoha's famous couriers. It was finally time to go and participate in the medic in training exam so I could follow down my chosen path. That's right it was my path! Not one laid before me by my mom. Not something my father could scare me into. Not something that I was being pressured into doing. It was my choice. The choice to endure along the proper path to helping others. To at least heal a small part of the wounds of this world. Even if only the physical ones. With those thoughts buzzing throughout my head I removed my headband from my head and placed it back around my neck as usual. I wasn't going to hide the "curse" any longer. I may still have been shaken by my father but I'd found my resolve. That was all that mattered.

I continued to walk down the path to the hospital and noticed the faint voice in the back of my head still calling out. Accusing me of being destined to follow in my father's footsteps. Accusing me of being doomed to walk the path of a murderer. Accusing me of not being able to forge my own path. Yet somehow I managed to avidly ignore it but even so it refused to quiet itself. A problem which I would deal with when the time came. For now I allowed myself to focus on finding the proper room. I had just entered the hospital and I walked through it's weaving vanes and noticed how the whole thing moved like a giant living organism. Everyone had their task. Everyone or at least almost everyone knew where to go. It was a fluid motion. Some places rushing, some slow, and yet through it all I had my own destination.

I finally arrived at the proper door for yet another exam. It was time to finally take the proper steps in forging my own destiny and breaking the curse which had been laid upon my life. It would be a difficult one but even so I somehow hoped there would be a light on the end of it. I wasn't sure why but such a small event in life, in the galaxy, in the universe meant so much to me. It was nothing more than a small fragment of time. Not even a noteworthy enough event to bring any reference in history. Yet somehow this even meant the whole world to me. I gathered my dreams and stepped through the open door even if they were bound to be shattered.

Little Hirosue was told to go at the top floor.
Climbing up the stairs, going through some door.
Little Hirosue squinted at the walls of shining white.
Her green eyes told her the blank color was not right.

Little Suweh sucked on her green bib as she walked.
Noticing a little boy's hair made with some white stalk.
Little Suweh scratched her head and stopped for a rest.
Saya clung on to her shoulders, the view here was best.

Hopefully, that would be the last exam she would ever fail. Hopefully. As was her normal tradition, she perused the message one more time, taking note of the venue of this examination, then setting off at a normal pace. She wasn't late, she thought, and could do with a leisurely stroll.

On sighting the building, she looked up at the top floor, and back at the letter. Top floor, huh? It wouldn't hurt to make a flashy entrance. Observing the windows carefully, she chose one that was open, and the dashed up the wall of the building...

... To pop into the room where the others were waiting, seemingly for her. Hmmm, everyone was present, so she had an audience. She recognized Kami and Hibiki straightaway, and the other girl... Hirosue, if she was correct, had introduced herself back at the MiT lesson. Jumping off the window sill and into the room, she greeted everyone heartily and stood facing Kami, prepared for this examination, to the best of her knowledge...

Perking up her ears, finding herself a bit humming.
Little Hirosue saw a girl pop from the window.
Clapping her hands with a shout of, "Bingo~!"

The Leaf Complex

Deep in the Konoha Valley, at the heart of the village, various Shinobi rudely brush past in the hub of the Konoha Village metropolis, the Leaf Complex. A large wide red tower juts from the skyline, it's elongated structure a proud symbol of the tenacity and resolution of this proud community. Emblazoned upon the front in bold black strokes on a red background, is the kanji for fire. It is inside of this building, the Hokage's Tower, that the offices of the Leaf Council reside, and it is here that the grand office as well as the dwelling of the Hokage is located. Occasionally one might catch a split-second glimpse of mere shadows, their faces masked, protective armour gleaming as the radiant beams of the sun reflect off it. The ANBU, the elite squadron of Ninja working directly under the Hokage, are frequently seen--or, as is more often the case, not seen--here, making sure all is well.

A nondescript gray building attached almost as an annex to the Hokage's Tower is the ANBU Headquarters and Detention Center. Only a few who are on the path to acquiring their ANBU masks--and smaller still the entire number who already have--ever see the inside of this building beyond the lobby and perhaps an interrogation room down the hall. The building runs underground, where several cells and many of the more hardcore and less sterile torture/interrogation rooms run, concealed away from easily prying eyes and soundproofed by layers of metal, dirt, and sound-absorbent material to ensure that even the loudest screams are never heard outside of the room from which they are emitted. At the topmost level is where the offices of the ANBU Commander and Vice-Commander sit, neither grand nor spectacled, as spartan in decoration as the nature of the ANBU themselves. Within the Complex, accessible only by the regular ANBU and the Captains, is a private elevator that runs to all the levels of the Hokage's Tower so as not to hinder nor project the movement of the ANBU as they ensure the security of those within.

Another nondescript building close to the ANBU Command and Detention Center is the the ANBU Training Annex. It is here that the young ANBU Trainees recieve their instruction on interrogation, intelligence, counterintelligence, and general field training. Drills, exams, scenarios, and obstacle courses are all held here to assist in the training of the new class of the best of the best. It is also here that most of the ANBU and ANBU-in-Training bunk, though the Captains and some senior ANBU each have their own quarters within ANBU Headquarters so they're always on location to respond immediately.

Nearby to the Tower, a rabble of children intercept visitors, the chirp of their voices audible over all else; squeals of excitement and anticipation as they head towards the Ninja Academy complex, their innocence blinding them to the grievous tribulations that lie ahead. The Academy is a large, sprawling building where both tiered and flat classrooms, indoor and outdoor training facilities, and faculty rooms all cluster together to make as efficient a teaching area as possible for the ninja-to-be that attend excitedly, oblivious to the horrifying nature of the path on which their life was travelling down.

A bit away from the Tower, nearer instead to the Hospital, is the Konoha Legion. This building is a safehouse for the veterans who have served in the previous Waterfall War. The building itself is unimpressive and plain, but within are several retired ninja--some might still be active, but not many--who call the Legion their final home as they try to live out the remainder of their days in peace, an allowance decreed by the previous Hokage in thanks for their steadfast service. Those within are all mostly kindly folk who just generally appear somewhat tired, some of them more vacant-eyed then others. Those deemed mentally unstable are brought instead to the Medical Center's Psychiatric Ward, but most just bask in the peace prevalent within the building, enjoying a game of chess, go, or shougi with other residents, and sometimes visitors.

Ahead lies the Konoha Medical Center, a place of healing; a crucial part of Konoha's infrastructure as a Military Base of operations. The sterile white building, in it's very design, looking quite 'hospitalesque'. Inside is of course the lobby, where most visitors and non-emergency patients enter from. The desk is usually manned by a nurse or a Mednin Trainee who helps answer any queries, be they about visiting hours, directions within the facility, or about admittance records. Many of the admittedly few computers that exist within the entire village are located within this building, where transference of information is most time-critical in regards to the lives of the shinobi of the village. One such example of these technological wonders called 'computers' sits at the lobby desk. A side entrance into the building is the emenergency entrance, which leads directly to the Emergency Rooms, of which there are two, though there are other surgical rooms higher up within the building. The on-call room is kept close to the offices, which is the at the center of the hospital so all areas are equally accessible to reach in a crisis. At the end of that hall are the two largest offices, those of the Medical Branch Chief and Sub-Chief.

Within the Medical Center, there is also one area of the building dedicated exclusively to the ANBU and any patients they bring in...3rd Floor A-Wing. This is the hated ANBU Ward, where all the prisoners requiring medical attention are kept, and all the beds have reinforced straps to keep patients securely in place and incapable of using handseals, and all the doors are locked and guarded at all times when occupied. These patients are usually in the worst shape and requiring the most critical of care...and the least amount of questions and visitors. Because of this, the ANBU Wing is offlimits to any but ANBU, including medical and ANBU trainees, and even full Mednin are only permitted in when treating a patient.
