In the center of the Valley is an expansive, open square. In the center of it rests a large, ornate fountain that is the pride and joy of the village, much as the Kage Cliff was for the past generations of ninja. This grand and beautiful font, who's central figure is portrayed to be the Goddess of Fire herself, frequently has floating wildflowers and lilies in the pool surrounding it.
Several shops surround the square, one of which is the renowned bar Firewater. The outside of the building is painted in contrasting reds and blues, and the sign itself is a meshing together of the kanji for 'fire' and 'water'. Inside, the place is huge. A black marble bar dominates the left side of the building, behind which a snappily-dressed bartender stands, polishing her shotglasses and sake bowls.
To the right is a small dance floor where more people mingle then dance, and in the back are the booths and tables where many regulars make themselves known for any who might be looking for them. Firewater is quite popular for those of legal age (or who can best, fool, or sneak past the bouncer, who is the combat equivalent of about a High Genin) and for most is considered a standalone business center aside from the Valley's multifaceted resturaunts and shops. Word has it that in Firewater, which is kept in the cutting edge of style, anything anyone could want can be purchased here for the right price and if they talk to the right person.
