Kami's head now leaned over to his right palm as it tilted backwards, allowing for his long hair to drape over it. The boy walked in, very young, probably thought he was a prodigy for being so talented. Kami had learned at his age, when Kami was a chuunin before many had entered the academy, that there was no such thing as prodigy. The notion of success was merely blind satisfaction in a chain of luck, it was only a matter of time before Hibiki realized that, or Kami told him...
Moments after Hibiki had entered the room, Kami smiled at the sight of Suweh. Yet again she had the bib in her mouth, more reason why Kami wanted to squish her between his palm >3<
Kami gave it a few more seconds for any other student to arrive. He didn't know who the participants in the exam were, he just told the medics to pick out of the pool of possible MiT's. Maybe this was it.
That assumption soon came to a stop when Kami heard the foot steps of someone climbing up the wall. Kami didn't turn his head as someone jumped off of the sill, landing and facing him with a greeting. The little baby thing from behind said something that sounded like "Bingo" of course Kami could hardly make it out because she had a bib in her mouth.
...Hajime Mashte
Kami nodded to the bunch and stood up from his chair and shot up behind Hibiki. Kami's hands shaped into a gun on Hibiki's forehead as Kami began to slowly begin this plan for an exam.
Smashing his hand into Hibiki's temple Kami let him drop to the floor. Sumi masen Hibiki-kun...
Taking his tsurugi out, Kami slowly sliced through Hibiki's abdomen, then his neck, then his arms. They weren't too deep but couldn't be classified as surface cuts either. The blood that came running out was real, but Hibiki had already been caught in Kami's genjutsu.
"Kashiwa Amatsu and Izanami Hirosue, you are to use all the knowledge you know to bandage him up. If you fail, I will not save, if you succeed, he might be saved, and if you manage to partially heal him, he may have scars for the rest of his life."
Kami sat back down at his chair and began his little game. He had put Hibiki in another world of illusion, but unlike that of Amatsu, Hibiki would be able to feel the pain of the real world. But that was what would make this slightly less monotonous.

Good Luck
Oh and there are no books in the room.

The boy would wake up in immense pain, on the floor of a fully dark room, before him would be Kami. The Kami in his dreams would sit on the floor and ask him a few medical questions.
1. How can hypertension in the body be a good thing?
2. Is there a difference between 'Visceral Fat' and 'Organ Fat'?
3. What are the 3 main nutrients in food?

Amatsu was hoping for something normal to happen, though the chances of that happening (considering the examiner) were slim... Her face took on a slightly puzzled expression as Kami knocked Hibiki out, something in her head hoping that he wasn't going to do some kind of freaky surgery again. Unfortunately, he did, and maybe worse. Her eyes widened in horror as Kami made some cuts on Hibiki's body. She had an idea what Kami was after, and was already tying her hair backwards as Kami gave his instructions. It was simple. Bind Hibiki up. Things were always easier said than done.
She moved over to the equipment she had been given, first selecting a salve that would clot the flow of blood, bandages and some wool. First things first, she moved to Hibiki's neck, using the wool to wipe off the blood there before rubbing the salve on lightly. She then applied more salve to another piece of cotton wool, pressing this gently against the cut, before wrapping up his neck with the bandage, tightly enough to hold the salve in place, but not too tight, so that Hibiki wouldn't choke.
This done, she could at least say that he wasn't going to die that quickly from loss of blood. But other vital parts remained injured and had to be sorted out. With a slight grunt of exertion, she swung back to her kit to replace her items. Next she went for his abdomen; best to protect his vitals from getting any external infections. By now, beads of perspiration dotted her face as she worked on the second wound, biting her lower lip in pent up anxiety. Having done the best she could, she moved on to his arms, cleaning, applying salve and bandages as before.
Having done all that she could, she looked over Hibiki to make sure that her work was satisfactory, then glanced at Kami, a look of concern mingled with the expression of shock that hadn't washed over. This was really unexpected. She just hoped for two things though: one, for Hibiki's sake, that she had done a good job. Two, for her sake, that she had done a good job. Everything depended on her doing a good job...

I watched as one person entered the room after another. The first was a little girl with a bib in her mouth. I recognized her as Hirosue, a girl from one of our previous lessons. She was small and innocent to a extent. At least she looked as so. Then it wasn't long till Amatsu entered. She came in quite stylishly through the window and came in and gave a formal greeting to everyone. I nodded in response not caring to do anything more at the moment. The Hirosue girl on the other hand seemed quite a bit more excited. She clapped her hands and shouted loudly and I passed her a slight glare before turning back to Kami. I wasn't in the mood to start a fight. Right now I had my exam to worry about.
Kami nodded to us all and I braced myself when he pointed his fingers oddly at me. Then I felt Kami slam his hand into my forehead and I began my descent to the floor. Then I felt pain strike through multiple points in my body. Look at what happened! If you weren't so inattentive you could have done something! Just kill! The voice yet again ran through my head as I felt of a spike of anger at the event. Even so I quickly calmed the outburst but the voice remained slivering in my thoughts. Looking for a opportune chance to tempt me to lose control. The struggle was subdued for now though and I had more things to worry about.
I awoke in a darkroom clouded in shadows. The pain was still spiking through me and I found it extremely difficult to move at all. Then I felt the odd sensation of someone else touching me. Foreign materials seemed to rub against my skin but at the same time no one was there. That simply brought me to question my reality. Something seemed wrong. Yet I wasn't able to confirm anything more than odd sensations. Then to my luck or more likely dismay Kami came and sat down in front of me. He asked me some rather straining questions and I quickly began searching my mind for the answers. I managed to find the answers after a quick period of thinking but even so I couldn't be one hundred percent sure but I was confident in my answers. Most of the information was pretty direct although some parts took a bit of thought on top of the knowledge.

1. How can hypertension in the body be a good thing?
-A person with hypertension often carries higher levels of renin than that of a average person. These high levels of renin in turn result in increased angiotension II. Angiotension II is a endocrine, autocrine/paracrine, and intracrine hormone. The increased amount of Angiotension II can cause increased growth, minorly act as a steriod, and increases the hormone output of endcrine systems as they use blood vessels as a communications source. It would also be good to say that those hormones effect everything from tissue function to your mood.
2. Is there a difference between 'Visceral Fat' and 'Organ Fat'?
-No they are two different terms for the same thing.
3. What are the 3 main nutrients in food?
-The three main nutrients in food are fat, protein, and sugar.

It seemed Kami had left his manga back at home, rendering him void of anything to read at all while this circus went on beyond his desk. He would have watched but he slowly grew to detest the sight of Amatsu. It made him feel weak and at home at the same time, something he hated, as he didn't want to be weak nor did he believe in a home. The sooner this was done with, the sooner he would be back outside, hanging out with Kazi or something.
He watched Amatsu go straight for the equipment in the room and begin work, while in Hibiki's dream he listened to the answers. Amatsu used a salve that he identified as having a grotesque amount of fizzing from the time with the boy with the torn hand... She soon began to bandage the wound, but that was when Kami got sick of observing her, and shifted his sight over to Suweh.
She seemed without tasks at the time, so she too would be occupied by this carnival-like folly of events. Dropping both of his hands to the desk below Kami gave a grim expression on his face, but it was covered up by his dropping hair. Standing up Kami raised his hands and from underneath them rose two mud clones. Of course they were only 20% as strong as he, but would Suweh be able to handle them even at their decreased strength? Pointing his fingers forward Kami signaled them to devour the little cat-thingie before them.
With slow but imminently approaching movements the two living dead beings began their movement. Kami gave two kunais to each, arming each hand with a kunai. Then appearing where Amatsu stood, Kami looked down to where the boy was. Smashing his leg down Kami thrust his heal down to Hibiki's forearm, effectively crushing the bone and possibly causing multiple fractures. Looking away to a drawing on the wall, where it measured the height of anyone who stood next to it through labeled markings, Kami estimated his height to be about 5' 9" tall for a 14 year old. With a smile that could easily be misinterpreted as sickeningly demonic, Kami looked blankly at the wall and spoke.
"Oops, it looks like you'll need to take care of some more minor set backs Kashiwa Amatsu..."
Weird, that might have been the first time he had called her by her normal name, without any ending, without any signal of familiarity. What was happening to him? But it was hardly a proper time to ponder over the morphs his mind had taken over the last 2 years.
"Suweh-chan, while Amatsu continues healing, you will need to stop those big mean mud clones from reaching Hibiki here. So do your best ok?"
With that Kami opened the door, looking outside to make sure no one was coming. Those nurses always screamed and fainted when they sa half the stuff he did, it made all progress choked by the chance of them appearing. Then easing his hands into his pocket Kami watched the show that would follow.

2 Mud clones with about 210 pl coming at Hibiki to choke and kill
Hibiki now has a crushed left hand
Little Hirosue gasped at what Kami did.
Runned for some cover and quickly hid.
Little Hirosue heard Kami say bandage.
Scratching her head, empty of knowledge.
Little Suweh rose and watched Amatsu.
Rubbing some salve, and bandage too.
Little Suweh then looked and observed.
Saw Hibiki's dilemma and found it absurd.
Little Hirosue noticed two ugly mud clones.
Saw Kami walk, crushed up some arm bones.
Little Hirosue blinked twice and said, "Oh my."
Noticing her sensei, slowly making an evil smile.
Little Suweh frowned, thought him a bad person.
Hurting people is bad, no matter what the reason.
Little Suweh unsconsciously then made a low growl.
Circling around the three, making a deadly prowl.
Little Hirosue saw Kami look outside from the door.
Taking up the chance, there will be hurting no more.
Little Hirosue grabbed a huge chunk of the floor.
Abusing her chakra, roaring out a primal growl.
[Actions: Hirosue tries to grab the chunk of the floor underneath the two.]
[If successful, Hirosue will try to carry them both and crash through the open window to "save" them. ]
[RP use of Maxed-out Demonic Strength.]
